7/11/2015 蒜香奶酪悶雞




Cheesy Garlic Stew Chicken Drumettes 
Ingredients:
4 chicken drummettes
5 cloves garlics (crushed)
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup water
dash of pepper
15-20g cheddar cheese

Steps:
1) heat pan, add in some oil. Sauteed garlic till fragrant.
2) add in the drummettes and pan fry till light golden brown.
3) add in water, close lid. simmer till almost dry.
4) add in milk and quick cook with high heat.
5) add in pepper and cheese.
6) cook till cheese is melted and done.


蒜香奶酪悶雞翅腿
材料:
4隻 雞翅腿
5瓣 蒜頭(剁碎)
1/3杯 牛奶
1/2杯 水
胡椒粉 適量
15-20克 切達乾酪(刨碎)

步驟:
1 )把鍋加熱,放一點油爆香蒜泥。
2 )把雞翅腿加入翻炒至略帶金黃色。
3 )加水,然後蓋上鍋蓋。煮至幾乎收汁。
4 )加入牛奶開大火快速煮乾。
5 )加入胡椒粉和乾酪。
6 )煮至乾酪融化即完成。

  2. you may use chicken fillet which is much more tender compare to chicken breast.
