I was so tired during the weekend as prepared birthday cake for my mother and outing for her birthday celebration. Ended up I couldn't wake up at 4.30am this morning but 6am..@@
So, I didn't able to prepare the foods that I planned but made those easy ones.

Breakfast : purple sweet potato toast and fresh milk
Lunch and dinner : Seafood Fried rice
Teatime : sweet potato milk sticks and steamed onion juice


From the above recipe, just add 1 tbsp purple sweet potato powder during rolling the dough during STEP 5.

從上面的食譜,只需在步驟5加入1湯匙自制紫薯粉,然后卷好收口朝下。



Seafood Fried Rice
Ingredients :
1 bowl of cooked rice (adult's rice bowl size)
1/2 squid
4 pcs medium Prawn (halved)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 floret of brocolli
1/5 pc red capsicum
1/3 pc carrot
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp liquid Amino OR pinch of sea salt

Steps:
1) cut the squid into small pieces, slice the prawns into half.
2) finely dice the carrot, capsicum and broccoli. Crush the garlic too.
3) heat wok with some oil, sautéed garlic till fragrant, add in squid and prawn and stir fry for a while.
4) add in broccoli, capsicum and carrot and continue stir frying 
5) add in cooked rice, stir fry till well mix.
6) add in dash of pepper and sea salt, off fire and done.



I just replace the black sesame powder with purple sweet potato powder by using the above recipe



Just follow the above recipe by adding 3 pcs of dried figs
